Foundational Support ($2,000)

This support gently meets both those sensing the first stirrings of change and those already on the path who seek grounding moments along the way. It offers nine one-on-one sessions to explore experiences of loss, transition, and change; integrate symbolic practices; and deepen insight—fostering healing over time. Integration support is also available between sessions, providing space for continuity, reflection, and emotional grounding.

Deep Dive ($3,400)

This support welcomes those ready to journey more deeply—offering a steady rhythm of care across fifteen one-on-one sessions. Together, we gently explore experiences of loss, transition, and change; integrate symbolic practices; and provide space for reflection and healing, with touchpoints woven throughout to anchor growth and insight over time. Integration support is also available outside of scheduled sessions, offering continuity and emotional grounding between each step of the journey.

Transformational Journey ($5,400)

This support welcomes those called to deep transformation—offering a spacious and steady rhythm of care across twenty-three one-on-one sessions. Together, we gently explore experiences of loss, transition, and change; integrate symbolic practices; and foster reflection and healing over time. Integration support is available between sessions, alongside follow-up check-ins at three and six months after our work together concludes—offering continuity, emotional grounding, and a way to track how the work is unfolding. These touchpoints help honour each step and weave new perspectives into daily life as growth continues.

Workplace

Beyond Compliance: The Via Blueprint for Psychosocial Safety & Emotional Culture

This package is a collaborative, step-by-step process showing your workplace how to meet WHS psychosocial safety obligations while actively building an emotionally intelligent, resilient culture. Grounded in the Via Method, it embeds trauma-aware practices that specifically address the emotional and operational impacts of loss, periods of transition, and workplace or role change—integrating these into everyday leadership, HR, and cultural systems.

Delivery is highly interactive—combining facilitated sessions, live policy integration, and practical cultural tools that are embedded into daily operations.
